This information will be provided to those who are authorized to use the user database for Wiinance services. Wiinance will provide the facility to edit your account information and preferences at any time. Your account information is password protected for your security and privacy. Please do maintain the secrecy and privacy of your username and password to protect it from any unauthorized access. The secrecy of your username and password will be wholly yours.
Cancellation / Termination Policy:
Opening of a Trading and Demat account with us takes approximately 12 hours to 48 hours. You may place the cancellation request with our support team within 12 hours of the submission of your application with us. On receipt of the cancellation request, the account opening shall not be proceeded with.
Refund Policy:
We have developed our trading platform keeping you into focus and the trading platform is accessed through opening a Trading and Demat Account with us . You may place a refund request with the support team 07 days along with the payments details like the Card / Bank Account Number, Transaction Number, etc. Refund shall be provided only for any excess payment of account opening charges made to us during application of your Trading and Demat Account and confirmation from the banking partner with respect to receipt of such payment from you. No refund of account opening charges shall be made once the Trading and Demat account is opened with us. Once your Trading and Demat account is opened any payments made thereafter will be credited towards your account and there shall be no refunds. To withdraw any amount from such account you may place withdrawal request through the App or the Web.

If WIINANCE change its policies and procedures, WIINANCE will post those changes on WIINANCE website to keep you/users aware of what information WIINANCE collect, how WIINANCE use it and under what circumstances WIINANCE may disclose it.
