He served as Operations Head at Comfort Securities from 2005 to 2019 and later worked as Whole-Time Director at Investera Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., overseeing daily operations and compliance management. As a Compliance Officer, he has a strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, operational risk management, and day-to-day broking compliances. His expertise in handling complex compliance matters and maintaining high ethical standards has played a significant role in strengthening Wiinance’s operational excellence and client trust.

Ms. Priyanka with over 10 years of experience, armed with a bachelor’s degree in business administration along with Diploma in Graphic Designing is a dynamic professional who leads the HR and Admin department along with the social media profiles with equal penchant. Her primary goal is to ensure Wiinance day to day operations are well set along with top notch services are leant to clients and channel partners. Beyond her operational acumen she plays a pivotal role in crafting the company’s online presence.

Mr. Deven Madlani is a CFA Level III cleared finance professional with over 3 years of experience in equity markets, investment advisory, and portfolio management. He currently works as a Research Analyst at Wiinance Financial Services Pvt. Ltd., where he focuses on equity and derivatives research, valuation analysis, and systematic trading strategies, along with supporting IPO advisory and SME market-making activities. Previously, he worked with Nirmal Bang Securities as an Equity Dealer, handling trade execution in equities and derivatives. He has strong expertise in financial modelling, equity research, valuation techniques (DCF and relative valuation), and risk-managed portfolio construction for HNI and UHNI clients, supported by solid academic grounding in commerce and multiple NISM certifications.

Ms. Sakshi is a qualified Company Secretary and legal professional with expertise in corporate governance and compliance. She holds an LL.B (2023), a B.Com in Accounting and Finance (2020), and attained her CS qualification in 2025. She has completed a 21-month internship with V. Singhi & Associates, gaining experience in secretarial compliances, due diligence, FEMA, and drafting. She is currently associated with Wiinance Financial Services, where she is further expanding her knowledge in SEBI and stock exchange compliances.
